Café Cakeseashops, hotels and restaurants love our light and airy handmade cakes

No artificial colours, additives or preservatives are used in our cakes, which contain only quality ingredients (fresh fruit, free-range eggs etc) and are locally made in our farmhouse kitchen. These cakes are 8" round and give 10 generous portions.

Our range includes:

Cappuccino

A fresh golden coffee sponge filled and topped with creamy white chocolate icing then dusted with chocolate. #

Coffee & Walnut


Moist and dark and made with real coffee and with chopped walnuts scattered thoughout, this delicious favourite has creamy fresh coffee butter icing through the centre and on top.

 


Lemon

 


Containing the zest and juice from freshly squeezed lemons, this tangy cake is filled with vanilla butter icing and lemon curd, iced with lemon frosting and decorated with lemon sweets or swirls of lemon zest.

 


Orange

This delicately flavoured citrus cake is made with the juice and zest of fresh oranges. Filled with orange flavoured butter icing and topped with orange frosting and token orange sweets.
 
Seriously Chocolate

A rich and dark chocolate sponge filled and topped with a velvety chocolate butter icing decorated with white chocolate shavings.
 
Victoria Sponge


A traditional light sponge cake with a central layer of vanilla flavoured butter icing and strawberry jam, and dusted with caster sugar.

Loaf Cakes

Various flavours and sizes of loaf cake are available to wholesale customers upon request.
